Dichterlicht

I’d like to put my album Dichterlicht in the spotlight here as I consider it one of my better works.
It is available as a free download at Tibprod, but kind of buried in a big pile of other releases.
They also only link to the individual files. So I put it up in one convenient zip for your listening pleasure.
It’s one of my more uniform albums and I’m exploring some noisy territory. Couple that with the occasional dissonance and it might be a bit of an acquired taste. Yet there’s still a lot to discover if you dig through the grainy and distorted textures.

Rough mix/sketch of a new piece I’m working on.
Built from one opera voice sample. Not sure if it’s going to be used on the next release.
Probably going to improvise some stuff on top to cut through the drones and add more texture.
I might only keep the improv as I’m trying to explore less droney more loosely improvised territory at the moment.

We’re gearing up for some new Etherkreet releases.
Ezra’s new album Atonotoop will be an audiovisual release.
I’m working on the videos right now and this is one of the first textural experiments I did.
